What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the business objectives of the Division(s) supported and Company by providing timely and effective legal support to as well as minimizing potential legal exposure and risk.
- Responsible for providing and rendering practical, timely, and high quality legal counsel and guidance to the Company division(s) and department(s) to which you are assigned, working with the independent Corporate Compliance Department to ensure compliance throughout the organization with regard to applicable laws and regulations
