Job Description:
We’re looking for an Associate Operations Analyst to join our Global Batch Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to Monitor Production Application/Batch Processing to avoid the risk of data loss.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Production Application/Batch Processing to avoid the risk of data loss
- Maintain a timely overnight production schedule and minimize any incident that can cause business outage.
- Present complex ideas clearly, manages the complexities of integrating new technologies
- Influence individuals across business boundaries to achieve objectives
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree holders in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering etc.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Two to three years work experience related to Batch Operations. Strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments. (Mainframe, AIX, Linux, Windows, Unix)
- Background in custom reporting skills using SQL and Oracle. Understanding of job types, JavaScript, and triggers used for CA WLA job processing
- Ability to work independently (this is a 24x7 shift and may require periods with no on-site supervision)
- Experience in code deployment and incident escalation engaging offshore support is preferred
- Understanding of basic change management principle is an advantage
