The Associate Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for leading small to mid-size client onboarding and implementation projects for new and existing business. This role will also assist in the management of larger, more complex projects implementing new and existing business.
Responsibilities- Leads project kickoff meetings with cross-functional partners for small to mid-size client onboarding and implementations.
- Leads and facilitates effective project meetings throughout the project lifecycle, including issue tracking, status reports, and communications to stakeholders and leadership.
- Acts as key partner to the line of business during client onboarding: assesses customer needs, understands business objectives, and liaisons between the line of business and cross-functional partners.
- Plans, documents and executes all phases of the client onboarding project lifecycle, including scope management, requirements management, work schedule and timeline management, priority and dependency management, and the assignment of roles and responsibilities to implementation partners.
- Leads the project team on development efforts and ensures customer satisfaction through quality and timely product delivery.
- Lends subject matter expertise and knowledge management to the project team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including functional, technical, and system-specific knowledge.
- Provides support to team and leaders for larger, more complex projects.
- Assists with general department daily activities and special projects.

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
