Role Overview :
As an Associate – Onboarding & Engagement, you will play a key role in building and managing Eaze's Wellness Buddy ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding journey—from sourcing and screening potential Wellness Buddies to facilitating training, ensuring operational readiness, and driving ongoing engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain a high-quality, active community of Wellness Buddies while ensuring seamless day-to-day platform operations and an exceptional experience for both Wellness Budies and users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and is passionate about community building, operations, and creating meaningful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Wellness buddy Acquisition & Candidate Experience
- Manage inbound leads and guide potential Wellness Buddies through the application process.
- Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication, empathy, and emotional maturity.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified Wellness Buddies aligned with platform requirements.
Training & Onboarding
- Support the execution of training programs for Wellness Buddies.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding by aligning candidates with community guidelines and platform expectations.
- Assist in improving training and onboarding processes based on feedback and performance data.
Talent Supply Management
- Identify and onboard Wellness Buddies for 1:1 audio/video sessions.
- Ensure an adequate supply of active Wellness Buddies to meet user demand and peak hours.
- Track basic supply metrics and highlight gaps proactively.
Operations & Performance Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of 1:1 audio/video sessions.
- Monitor Wellness Buddy performance and share feedback for improvement.
- Support in resolving operational issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Community Growth & Support
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at expanding the Wellness Buddy base across languages and markets.
- Support efforts to improve user engagement and overall platform experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Community Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in community management, operations, or supply chain roles, with a focus on audio/video content or social platforms.
- Must be fluent in Tamil & English (Read, Write & Speak).
- Strong understanding of community dynamics in 1:1 calling environments, including experience managing hosts and content contributors.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, community management platforms, and audio/video calling technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills Required
