We are seeking a passionate
Mechanical Engineer to join our innovations team. You will be responsible
for designing and scaling systems that tackle complex engineering problems,
from concept to commissioning. The work involves challenging thermal and
pressure environments, requiring both technical depth and creative
problem-solving.
Design and Development:
· Design complex mechanical
subsystems and develop novel solutions for high-performance applications.
· Contribute to New Product
Development (NPD) tailored to requirements.
· Create high-precision
mechanical designs using SolidWorks, optimized for DFMA (Design for
Manufacturing and Assembly), scalability, and ease of maintenance.
· Prototype, test, and iterate on
designs to validate performance under real-world operating conditions.
· Work closely with process,
electrical, and embedded engineers to develop fully integrated hardware
systems.
· Collaborate with R&D,
manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration into production
pipelines.
· Own the complete lifecycle of
mechanical components — from design and fabrication to installation,
commissioning, and optimization.
· Ensure systems consistently
meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
· Solve complex engineering
challenges related to High Pressure, thermal loads, gas flows,
and mechanical integrity.
· Continuously develop and improve
designs for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
· 2-4 Years of experience in mechanical
design, Solid works and subsystem development.
· Exposure to thermal, High pressure-driven,
or chemical process systems is a strong plus.
· Proficient in SolidWorks.
· Strong understanding of DFMA
principles, mechanical tolerance, and design optimization for
fabrication.
· Knowledge of ASME BPV, ANSI
standards, and other relevant mechanical codes.
· Familiarity with manufacturing
methods such as CNC machining, sheet metal, welding, and assembly
practices.
· A self-starter who takes
initiative and thrives with minimal management.
· Strong communicator and team
collaborator across disciplines.
· Excellent problem-solving
skills, especially when dealing with edge-case scenarios in the real-world environments.
· Comfortable hustling and
navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
