Leads the mechanical design, analysis, optimization, manufacturing support, commissioning, and continuous improvement of high-pressure, high-temperature tubular and plug flow reactors. Responsibilities include pressure vessel design, FEA and stress analysis, materials selection, mechanical integrity assessments, vendor and fabrication support, code compliance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical reviews, mentoring engineers, and client discussions across chemical and process industries.

Manage supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, purchase orders, delivery tracking, cost optimization, quality assurance, compliance, inventory planning, and procurement documentation. Collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, quality, warehouse, and legal teams while negotiating vendor terms and reducing supply chain risks and costs.

Design and develop mechanical subsystems for high-performance applications involving thermal loads, high pressure, gas flows, and mechanical integrity. Create SolidWorks designs optimized for manufacturing and assembly, prototype and test systems, and iterate designs based on real-world performance. Collaborate with process, electrical, embedded, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams. Own mechanical components throughout design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and optimization while ensuring safety, regulatory, and performance compliance.
