Responsibilities include SolidWorks design, DFMA optimization, prototyping, testing, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle improvement. The engineer collaborates with process, electrical, embedded, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams while ensuring safety, regulatory, and performance compliance.

Leads the full lifecycle of tubular and plug flow reactor systems, including conceptual design, process and mechanical engineering, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement. Provides technical authority and strategic leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and operations; oversees compliance, quality, safety, project delivery, cost optimization, technology innovation, customer engagement, and multidisciplinary team development.

Design and develop mechanical subsystems for high-performance applications involving thermal loads, high pressure, gas flows, and mechanical integrity. Create SolidWorks designs optimized for manufacturing and assembly, prototype and test systems, and iterate designs based on real-world performance. Collaborate with process, electrical, embedded, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams. Own mechanical components throughout design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and optimization while ensuring safety, regulatory, and performance compliance.

Leads the design, optimization, and execution of tubular and plug flow reactors, gas compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related process equipment. Establishes engineering standards, approves calculations and technical documentation, manages multidisciplinary engineering teams, and supports fabrication, testing, installation, scale-up, customer engagement, proposals, and project execution. Drives innovation, digital engineering, safety reviews, compliance, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
