The Role

Join our dynamic Customer Master team as an Associate Master Data, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our customer master data. You will be at the forefront of our data quality and cleansing initiatives, maintaining accurate customer data across various platforms in alignment with our stringent data standards. As a Data Steward, you will engage with internal stakeholders to validate account information, ensuring seamless data integrity that supports our business processes.

Shift Timing - 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM
Hybrid Work Model: Work from Office Twice a week

About the Role:

  • Review and assign new/existing exceptions on the Data Cleansing Environment (DCE).

  • Responsible for data quality projects, data cleansing projects, data auditing, SAP testing.

  • Basic understanding of the role of customer data in all downstream processes to include order processing and collection activities.

  • Ensure that all modifications adhere to data governance guidelines.

  • Communicate in verbal and written form with internal and external customers, including field representatives.

  •  Assists in adhering to consistent data maintenance procedures for key data points. Identify missing or incorrect master data standards.

  • Process simple customer and/or product data tasks in a timely and accurate manner.  Includes creating and maintaining customer data (name, address, hierarchy, relationships, etc.) and/or product data (name, hierarchy, fulfillment instructions, pricing, etc.)

  • Conduct primarily online research on customer and prospect records to validate and/or enhance internal data where applicable/useful.

  • Identify and execute robust and continuous improvement opportunities within the data management processes in the applicable source systems

  • Other duties as assigned.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Understanding of SAP and experience as a Customer Account Manager is a plus, though not mandatory.
