The Role:
Viz.ai is looking for a product marketing- focused marketer who can flex across disciplines and help bring campaigns and initiatives to life across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety — from supporting product marketing and managing website updates to contributing to campaigns — and who can connect the dots between strategy and execution. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll play a key role in keeping marketing programs running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve how we work. You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing, commercial, and cross-functional teams to support initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. If you’re organized, curious, and eager to build breadth across marketing, this role offers strong exposure and ownership.
Partner with Product Marketing to help translate product narratives into external-facing content, ensuring consistency across channel
Support execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives, including product marketing launches, campaigns, website updates, and PR efforts
Manage and update relevant website and campaign content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and messaging
Assist in developing and executing campaigns across channels such as email, webinars, paid media, and events
Partner with product marketing to help translate messaging into external-facing content and materials
Help manage marketing operations processes such as campaign tracking, basic reporting, and data organization
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Ability to travel up to 25% for conferences and events
Within 30–60 days, you are effectively supporting multiple marketing workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Campaigns and launches run smoothly with clear coordination across teams
Website and creative content is consistently updated, accurate, and aligned with current campaigns and messaging
Cross-functional partners see you as reliable, responsive, and easy to work with
You proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve processes
Within 90 days, you’ve taken ownership of key workflows or projects and are contributing to broader marketing initiatives with increasing independence
4–6+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B, healthcare, health tech, or life sciences
Experience supporting a range of marketing functions such as campaigns, product marketing, content, website management, or communications
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Comfort working cross-functionally and adapting to different types of projects and stakeholders, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
