What We Need

The Talent & Influencer Team is the cultural driver of the 2K brand and closely aligns its titles with the tentpole moments across sports, music, and fashion.

We are looking for an Associate Manager with a strong pulse and are well-versed in what’s happening across culture who can uncover unique and authentic ways for the 2K brand to show up during the appropriate moments.

The Associate Manager, Talent & Influencer will play an integral role in managing and developing creator relationships, onboarding talent onto 2K campaigns, and integrating the 2K brand/game titles into creator initiatives that drive fan interest and growth.

This role will be based onsite at our corporate office in Novato, 3 days/week.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Talent and Influencer Manager across all Influencer Campaign activities such as strategy, execution, pitching to Marketing Team, creator briefing etc.
• Build relationships with key members of the business unit and/or RSGTM teams
• Take lead on influencer discovery to strengthen our database
• Play a key role in being the “point guard” of our Project Management system and keeping it organized
• Manage our team PO & Invoice process
• Be a key conduit between our team and Legal regarding Influencer/Agency contracts

What Will Make You A Great Fit

• 3-5 years of Influencer Marketing Experience
• Ability to work onsite in Novato, 3 days/week
• Strong understanding and interest in the Creator Economy
• Project Management experience
• Self-starter, Strategic Thinker, and Team Player (great working cross functionally)
• Entertainment/Gaming industry experience
• Lover of all things Social Media
• Always on the pulse of what’s happening around culture (music, sports, gaming, and fashion)

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $69,900 and $103,440 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
