Red Nucleus is hiring an Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations to join our global team! This is a hybrid role based out of our Yardley, PA office, but will consider full-time remote employees in the US.

How You Will Contribute
The Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations, will play a key role in supporting Red Nucleus' business optimization efforts by driving operational improvements, managing strategic initiatives, and enhancing process efficiencies. Reporting to the Head of Business Optimization and Integration, this individual will collaborate across teams to analyze workflows, standardize business processes, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and growth. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, work closely with senior leadership, and drive meaningful operational improvements that support Red Nucleus' continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Support the execution of key initiatives that align with company objectives, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Process Optimization: Analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and standardization.
- Project Management: Lead or support cross-functional projects, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely completion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track key operational KPIs and inform decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance, IT, HR, Sales Operations) to align business processes and implement improvements.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation of standardized processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across business units.
- Change Enablement: Assist in training and awareness efforts for new process implementations, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from large data sets.
- Experience working with financial and project management systems such as Salesforce, Intacct, Dynamics, or Kantata is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus.
