Job Description
Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as an Associate Manager – Reporting / Reports Analyst Supervisor. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you! We are looking for a Reports Analyst. Candidates should be analytical and excellent communicators with quantitative skills.
QualificationsQualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Has people management skills and experience.
- Has experience in working for healthcare and/or insurance account.
- Experience in PowerPoint, Pivot, slicers, and PowerPivot.
- Advanced experience and skills in MS Excel Reporting with MS Access and data analysis.
- Create daily, weekly, and Monthly reports for the leadership team.
- Well versed in MS Excel formulas, functions, and controls.
- Deliver solution that meets end-to-end requirements of the clients.
- analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Continually improve reporting process to increase efficiency.
- Ability to learn new concepts and tools is essential.
- SFDC Report Generation and Dashboard Generation.
- Tableau reporting/dashboarding – data integration with SFDC.
- Splunk/datadog dashboarding and analysis on that telemetry data using data analysis tools i.e. excel, Python Panda, etc.
