Our Regulatory Affairs EAME team, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris), supports the business by ensuring compliance and enabling innovation across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

What you’ll do and where you’ll make an impact
  • Interpret and ensure regulatory compliance of fragrances prior to customer submission
  • Act as the primary local regulatory interface for creative teams, EAME commercial teams and key stakeholders
  • Support perfumers in developing compliant fragrances aligned with applicable regulations
  • Review and update regulatory documentation, procedures and document management systems
  • Understand and integrate customer requirements into regulatory assessments
  • Collaborate closely with global Regulatory Affairs teams

  • Master’s degree in scientific or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of ingredients at risk, trends, naturality and certifications (e.g. biodegradability, ISO 16128) is a plus
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English and French (additional language is a plus)
  • Agile, adaptable and solution-oriented
