Our Regulatory Affairs EAME team, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris), supports the business by ensuring compliance and enabling innovation across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
What you’ll do and where you’ll make an impact- Interpret and ensure regulatory compliance of fragrances prior to customer submission
- Act as the primary local regulatory interface for creative teams, EAME commercial teams and key stakeholders
- Support perfumers in developing compliant fragrances aligned with applicable regulations
- Review and update regulatory documentation, procedures and document management systems
- Understand and integrate customer requirements into regulatory assessments
- Collaborate closely with global Regulatory Affairs teams
- Around 6 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the fragrance industry
- Master’s degree in scientific or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation (mandatory)
- Good understanding of ingredients at risk, trends, naturality and certifications (e.g. biodegradability, ISO 16128) is a plus
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English and French (additional language is a plus)
