The salary range for this specific role will be € 50000 – € 60000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.


Job Summary

Senior Accountant to join our multinational finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services to multiple client entities across different jurisdictions. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to operate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


Your missions as a Senior Client Accountant:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes for multiple client entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Oversee closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple entities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Understand client-specific requirements and provide tailored accounting solutions. 
  • Support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen internal controls.
  • Stay up to date with evolving accounting standards and regulatory changes.
  • Drive efficiencies through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems.
  • Standardize accounting processes across client entities where possible

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Experience managing multiple entities or clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
