WHAT WE’LL NEED
The Associate Manager – Regional Marketing & Growth serves as a strategic operational partner to the Regional Marketing team, helping drive business growth through effective project management, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable operational processes.
You will lead complex marketing initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring Regional Marketing Managers and Brand Partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to successfully execute marketing programs and business priorities.
Your work will directly impact the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of Regional Marketing initiatives while enabling field teams to focus on strategic market planning and partner support.
Lead complex marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
Develop project plans, timelines, workflows, and communication strategies to ensure successful execution
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing programs and initiatives
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Serve as a central point of coordination, driving alignment, accountability, and execution across teams
Oversee the development, production, and distribution of marketing resources, toolkits, and support materials
Establish scalable processes, workflows, and best practices that improve efficiency and effectiveness
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively develop solutions with limited direction
Apply sound business judgment to evaluate priorities, risks, and operational decisions
Create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations while maintaining focus on business objectives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, project management, or a related role
Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong project management, organizational, and process-development skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders
Demonstrated business acumen and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating scalable processes, tools, and operational resources
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build partnerships across teams and external vendors
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving initiatives forward with minimal direction
