PGIM has an opportunity within the Finance team for a Planning & Analysis Associate Manager. This role supports senior leadership and business partners across PGIM Real Estate by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial and operational insights. A key component of this position is the ability to independently extract, analyze, and validate large datasets through advanced SQL querying and analytical tools. The individual will transform complex data into meaningful business intelligence that supports strategic decision-making, investor and borrower marketing efforts, forecasting, financial modeling, and operational performance management. This role requires a unique blend of technical data expertise, financial acumen, and business partnership skills to help leaders make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.

What you will Do
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support recurring reporting, ad hoc analyses, forecasting, and business performance measurement.
Translate large and complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development by providing accurate and reliable data inputs.
Drive reporting and analytical enhancements that improve transparency, reduce manual effort, and make financial information easier for business partners to use.
Provide analytical support for investor and borrower marketing initiatives by delivering production, portfolio, market, and performance metrics.
Support analysis related to mortgage servicing rights, loan and portfolio economics, production trends, unpaid principal balance, flows, and other business-specific metrics.
Partner with business and Finance stakeholders to translate operational activity, pipeline trends, and market/business assumptions into financial projections and executive-ready commentary.
Develop, maintain, and enhance multi-year forecasts for PGIM Real Estate business activity, including revenue, expenses, production, portfolio, and related financial performance drivers.
Prepare clear analysis and management reporting packages for senior management discussions, including actuals reporting, forecast updates, variance analysis, and business performance insights.
What you will Bring
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in planning and analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, business analytics, or a comparable finance role.
Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and explain financial models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect detailed data to broader business implications.
Experience working with large datasets, including data extraction, reconciliation, validation, and interpretation.
Provide analytical support for investor and borrower marketing initiatives by delivering production, portfolio, market, and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial analysis and key takeaways to senior stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while also partnering effectively across Finance, business, operations, and technology teams.
Financial services experience preferred; real estate finance, mortgage loan, servicing, agency lending, or portfolio reporting experience strongly preferred.
