The Role

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Manager (Paid Search) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the Paid Search Manager in executing and managing day-to-day operations of our paid search campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing campaigns, monitoring performance, conducting analysis, and ensuring the seamless execution of our paid search strategies.

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Apple Ads, and other relevant networks.

  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring that KPIs are met and budgets are adhered to.

  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Paid Search Manager to develop strategic plans and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

  • Manage bid adjustments, budget allocations, and targeting settings to optimize campaign performance.

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for internal stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our paid search efforts remain innovative and effective.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within Google Merchant Centre to ensure smooth operation of shopping campaigns.

  • Monitor market performance, conduct SEM audits, perform keyword research, and provide optimization recommendations for ongoing improvements.

  • Support the Paid Search Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience in paid search marketing

  • Proficiency in using paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
