Job Title: ASSOCIATE MANAGER - LEAN

Location: Binh Duong Plant, Vietnam

Department: MANUFACTURING OPERATION

As the Associate Manager – Lean you will be responsible for implement and enhancement LEAN system in entire plant. Ensuring LEAN system achieved effectively as SCJ standard requirements and be enable Zero loss operation through LEAN execution excellent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all pillars (AM, PM, SHE, QA, FI, T&D, SWD, EM) to deploy LEAN system in the plant
  • Deploy LEAN methodologies/ tools to all pillars and teams
  • Build capability for pillar team member to achieve pillar KPIs results
  • Define and lead plant “Zero loss journey” to eliminate losses in operation and increase productivity.
  • Manage all Loss teams and Deliver Profit (DP) projects to achieve plant saving target
  • Carry out pillars/ teams’ audit to sustain LEAN system achievements
  • Report timely to Management team (Site & regional) about Lean implementation progress and results
  • Work closely with Global/ Regional LEAN teams to update strategy, guideline for LEAN system implementation.
  • Own Training & Development (T&D) pillar: analyze, define and manager all training program (internal & external) for plant.
  • Own Focus Improvement (FI) pillar. Provide trouble shooting capability to team level
  • Work with Site management leadership to develop Site Master plan for focus improvement areas.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • University graduate in Industrial management and/or Engineering.
  • Skill sets: Effective Microsoft office, Strong English communication, Effective presentation
  • At least 5 years in LEAN and Production management position.
  • Experienced with Production management.
  • Desired Competencies (Typical): Leadership, Strategic thinking, Problem solving, Teamwork, Data analysis, Communication & presentation, Coaching
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Experienced with Industrial management will be a plus
