About the Role


We are seeking a passionate individual with a background in Learning & Development (L&D) and exposure to DEI initiatives. The role requires a problem-first mindset, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to think 10X for impactful results. You will support the design and implementation of programs that promote inclusivity and capability building across the organization.

What you will do

  • Assist in designing and executing DEI programs and initiatives.
  • Support the creation of capability-building programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of DEI and L&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyse and leverage insights to inform program design and strategy.
  • Monitor the impact of DEI and capability-building initiatives through data and feedback analysis.

What you will need

  • 1.5-3 years of experience as an L&D specialist or generalist, with exposure to DEI.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Problem-first mindset with the ability to think big and drive scalable solutions.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to working in dynamic environments.
