Associate Manager ERP Package Applications

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive technical architectures for ERP package applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure successful project delivery, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the ERP package applications domain. Basic Qualifications: • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills Other Qualifications: • Proven experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation, with a focus on ServiceNow technology • Strong understanding of ERP package applications, including design, development, and implementation • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions • Experience with technical architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale IT projects • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members • Certification in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
