Associate Manager Digital Marketing Oncology - Germany

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Digital Marketing to join our Commercial Oncology team, supporting our brand portfolio in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will execute digital and omnichannel marketing activities while collaborating with brand teams, agencies, and the field force. • Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Execute omnichannel campaigns within timelines, guidelines, and the local Omnichannel Framework.
• Coordinate email, website, social media, and banner advertising deployment.
• Localize approved content with brand teams and agencies across digital and non-digital channels.
• Maintain KPI reports and identify practical performance improvements with senior colleagues.
• Train the field force on digital tools and answer routine digital ecosystem questions.
• Coordinate vendors, timelines, budgets, quality standards, project documentation, and deliverables.
• Maintain Veeva and digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy and resolving issues with IT.
• You foster compliant customer engagement across Medical, Sales, Marketing, and Excellence teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ relevant experience for Associate Manager
• Digital marketing execution experience, ideally in regulated life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and banner advertising.
• Familiarity with Veeva, web technologies, data privacy, HWG, UWG, and EFPIA/VFA Pharmakodex.
• Project management knowledge; agile/SCRUM, JIRA, or Confluence familiarity is beneficial.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, multitasking, attention to detail, and customer focus.
