Associate Manager - Client Services Representative

Location: London (Hybrid working on offer)

Battea-Class Action Services, LLC is seeking a highly motivated person to join a team in the dynamic and detail-oriented field of class action claim filing and recovery. This role involves overseeing operational processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end class action claim filing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of client claims.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Client Services, Research, and Technology, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve complex client inquiries and escalated issues with professionalism and a client-centric approach.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new class action settlements to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new services and process improvements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, foster a collaborative work environment, and promote professional development.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, project status, and operational efficiency to senior management.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably within legal services, a claims processing environment, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of class action settlements, claims processing, and the financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or claims management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service excellence and a strong work ethic.
