Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support end-to-end claims administration processes in accordance with service standards and compliance requirements

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims, documentation, payments, and schedules

  • Maintain high-quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders, including injured employees and clients

  • Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail) and ensure timely action and resolution

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across claims systems and records

  • Monitor adherence to legislative requirements, policies, and internal procedures

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support reporting and administrative functions as required

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery

Skills and ExperienceCore Skills
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes within a regulated or compliance-driven environment

  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation or insurance/claims processes (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

  • Customer service mindset with a focus on quality and responsiveness

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and process improvements

  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and office tools

Experience
  • Experience in claims administration, data entry, or customer service roles is advantageous

  • Exposure to insurance, self-insurance, or workers’ compensation environments is preferred but not essential
