Job Description:
Managing the Client expectation's and deliver all SLAs
Provide Value added service to the client
Manage the team and support the team in training and improving their skill set
Be a Subject Matter Expert and win the client confidence
Focus on process transformation & simplifying the operations
Drive the transition and follow all stabilize the process
Other Skills
• English Proficiency : Efficiently speak and understand English. Should be able to communicate effectively
• Proof Reading : Candidate should be efficient in reading, understanding and interpreting contract document
• Auditing: Perform regular audits of revenue-related records, transactions, and processes to identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any issues or concerns discovered during audits.
• Incident Management: Handle incidents promptly and effectively, addressing any issues or concerns raised by internal or external stakeholders. Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Issue Resolution: Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve revenue-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors during auditing processes.
• Prior experience in revenue operations, data entry, or administrative roles is preferred.
