Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Maintenance Management in ERP as per responsibility
  • Reporting of near miss and unsafe situation and attending as per responsibility
  • Ensure strict compliance to PPE’s, Work Permit, Work Instructions
  • Establish SOP for utility, maintenance, and ensue its efficiency
  • Implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Handling breakdown maintenance
  • Working knowledge of Implementing IMS system for Quality, Safety, Health and Environment
  • Proposal for AMC with 3rd party
  • Process optimisation and development
  • Data recording for utility operations and organising 3rd party test for critical equipment
  • Stamping of weighing scales and filling  machines from metrological department
  • Assist in operations as standby supervision on requirement basis
  • Training contractors for safe execution of civil, mechanical, electrical , decorative and other jobs
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices from DHBVN and contractors
  • Vendor evaluation of contractors with purchase for quality.
  • Support purchase in Vendor development and SAP registration
  • Vendor management and training at site prior to job start
  • Coordinating contractors for job description BOQ in line with purchase
  • Support purchase to organise quotations for OPEX and CAPEX
  • Managing CAPEX, initiations, approvals in FIORI
  • Planning and Execution of CAPEX and OPEX related projects and managing contractors work on site
  • Preparing technical data/ RFQ for new equipment and projects
  • Provide budget for the related department
  • Yearly Asset disposal plan and its execution
  • Manage Facility related maintenance
  • Carryout internal audits to check for proper functioning of IMS implemented systems
  • Participation and support to HSE in mock drills
  • Support and supervise HSE and soft services in operations along with engineering services related
  • Responsible for trials, installation and commissioning of new equipment in plant
  • Preparing and sharing installation certificate with Finance
  • Working knowledge of TPM-AM, PM, FI, SHE and DM pillars and process improvement mindset.

Qualifications / professional experience

  • B.E Electrical/Mechanical
  • Professional Experience of Minimum 8 -10 Years in relevant industry

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Windows 200/XP & Internet Applications
