The Opportunity
The Associate Lead Analyst / Senior Analyst - Security Administration is a mid-level role within the IAM team, responsible for performing day-to-day provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management activities. This role works under minimal supervision, handles moderately complex tasks, and contributes to process improvements. This is an individual contributor role.
This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines (Primary shift: [7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT] with flexibility). Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support.
Responsibilities:
Provisioning & De-Provisioning Access: Performing manual access changes across AD domains and enterprise applications
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolving access-related tickets and escalating complex issues as needed
Process Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate records of access requests, approvals, and changes
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Working with team members to share knowledge and improve processes
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience
2–4+ years of experience in IAM, security administration, or related IT support roles
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Proficiency in access administration tasks
Must possess the ability to follow established processes with attention to detail
Should have strong organizational and communication skills
