Responsible for planning and managing multiple simple to somewhat complex projects from initiation through implementation. This position coordinates key technology projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery. Additionally, this role oversees project deadlines, escalates issues as necessary, and ensures effective project planning and management. In addition, this position manages communications, resources, change requests, risks, issues, and key decisions to maintain optimal progress. Responsibilities for this role include providing oversight on projects, managing communications, and ensuring effective resource allocation. This role actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships.
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules, identifying predecessors, dependencies, and critical paths.
Evaluates actual progress, provides regular schedule updates, and manages conflicts, issues, and risks through to resolution.
Facilitates the development of project scope statements, defining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively manages changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying impacts and providing recommendations.
Updates project tracking systems to monitor details including resource allocation, change requests, issues, risks, overdue tasks, key decisions, milestones, and deliverables, providing formal and ad hoc reports as needed.
Manages multiple projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery.

Pay Range:
