That’s why we’re expanding access to make it easier to get started. We partner with experienced investment managers to provide investors with a wide range of opportunities across real estate, venture capital, private equity, art, short-term notes, and more. All of our offerings are curated and vetted by our team to help investors diversify away from the stock market.

The ideal candidate will bring a foundation in product marketing with exposure to registered funds, ETFs, and/or managed investing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and adoption of Willow 360 and our evergreen funds suite through data-informed marketing initiatives and execution
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, feedback loops) and analyze sales and platform data to uncover insights around investor behavior and growth opportunities
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and investor-facing narratives, helping translate complex private markets concepts into accessible messaging
  • Help build and maintain foundational marketing assets, including offering pages, fact sheets/brochures, and educational content
  • Support the execution and optimization of campaigns across channels to drive awareness, conversion, and reinvestment behavior
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Design, and Growth teams to share insights that inform roadmap and adoption strategies
  • Partner with Customer Support and Sales to provide messaging support, training materials, and tools that reinforce product value propositions
  • Participate in select client conversations to support product education and positioning within broader portfolio strategies
  • Monitor and report on campaign and product performance against KPIs, helping identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and growth
  • Conduct market and competitive research to better understand investor preferences, industry trends, and positioning opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing, sales, or investment products experience within financial services
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally with other departments
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
