 THE HIGH LEVEL

The Associate Inside Sales Representative is an entry level opportunity that povides lead generation support to an Account Manager and/or Account Team.  This role will support East Coast business hours.

 YOU’LL PLAY A KEY ROLE FOR US BY:

  • Fueling Sales Success: Support our Inside Sales Team in the quest to not just meet but exceed our sales quotas, as set by the company.
  • Channeling Partner Magic: Weaving through our partner channels, you'll uncover the best configurations, pricing, and availability, all while surpassing our customers' needs.
  • Maximizing Sales Brilliance: Elevate our sales volume and profitability by ensuring we secure the most favorable pricing on each quote. You'll be our champion in making sure that every deal is a win-win.
  • Crafting Sales Quotes with Care: Create formal sales quotes with precision, founded on validated solution configurations and pricing. You'll also make sure we stick to all contractual requirements, ensuring trust and reliability in every interaction.
  • Customer Care Extraordinaire: When our customers have concerns about our products and services, you'll be there to lend a helping hand and resolve their worries.
  • Aiding in Sales Harmony: You'll assist both our internal teams and our external customers in resolving any sales issues that may arise, fostering positive relationships all around.
  • Mastering Order Processing: Take charge of processing orders and communicate delivery requirements to our Operations department when needed.
  • Keeping the Tech Torch Alive: Maintain your knowledge of IT products and certifications as assigned, keeping our tech expertise sharp and up to date.
  • Pursuing Quality Excellence: Join us in meeting our corporate and departmental quality objectives, ensuring that every task you touch radiates with excellence.
  • Embracing Versatility: Be prepared to embrace new challenges and perform any related duties as assigned by our management. Your adaptability and team spirit will be warmly appreciated.

 This position requires US Citizenship, minimal travel and the ability to support East Coast business hours.
