Associate Inside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full-time | No Travel
Pay: $28 to $35 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ON SITE

What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales & Solutions: Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process.
- Order Management: Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking accurately and efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth.
- Product Expertise: Leverage our inventory catalog and product selection software (Xylem ESP Rep) to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in sales, customer service, or account support.
- Strong phone presence, persuasive skills, and solid negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of Hydronics equipment or industrial product lines is a major plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred).
