Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Associate Operations to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large delivery team of over 25 professionals, driving process integrity, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across our regional operations.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead Operations & Performance: Manage and develop a team of 25+ direct reports to meet strategic targets, optimize project delivery, and improve revenue outcomes.
Collaborate for Operational Efficiency: Partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage basic IT and local area network (LAN) requirements, and execute cost-optimization initiatives.
Ensure Process Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to organizational standards, data security policies, and process compliance guidelines while fostering a culture of high integrity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Team Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience managing and scaling a minimum team size of 25 team members in a target-oriented environment.
Technical & Data Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to drive data-backed operational decisions.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proven ability in strategic project management, cost optimization, and adapting seamlessly to flexible working hours or relocation needs.
