Responsible for supporting the organization as the first point of contact for inbound telephone inquiries and office visitors and guest. Greet, screens and direct visitors. Operates the switchboard or multi-line telephone systems by answering, screening, responding to basic questions, relaying or forwarding messages or calls from internal and external sources. Performs basic clerical duties such as: ensuring proper completion of visitor log, issuing security passes, sorting mail, organizing and booking conference room, and word processing.
