Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Vadodara (Onsite), Locals preferred

About the Role:
KMK is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team at our Vadodara office. This role requires a versatile HR professional with experience in a wide range of HR functions, from employee lifecycle management to engagement initiatives and compliance. You will be the go-to person for all people-related matters, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Administer and update HRMS system regularly.
- Employee Engagement & Events:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors for onsite/offsite events and activities.
- Conduct and analyse Employee Satisfaction Surveys (GPTW) and recommend actions based on insights.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes and assist in goal-setting exercises.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage payroll inputs and expense claims in coordination with the India Operation Head.
- Conduct periodic employee compliance audits.
- Provide support in immigration-related documentation and processes.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with external vendors for HR services, events, and other requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, local labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for creating a great employee experience.
