The Role

Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Vadodara (Onsite), Locals preferred
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role:
KMK is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team at our Vadodara office. This role requires a versatile HR professional with experience in a wide range of HR functions, from employee lifecycle management to engagement initiatives and compliance. You will be the go-to person for all people-related matters, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
    • Administer and update HRMS system regularly.
  • Employee Engagement & Events:
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication strategies.
    • Coordinate with vendors for onsite/offsite events and activities.
    • Conduct and analyse Employee Satisfaction Surveys (GPTW) and recommend actions based on insights.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support performance appraisal processes and assist in goal-setting exercises.
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
    • Manage payroll inputs and expense claims in coordination with the India Operation Head.
    • Conduct periodic employee compliance audits.
    • Provide support in immigration-related documentation and processes.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Liaise with external vendors for HR services, events, and other requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, local labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for creating a great employee experience.
