Job Overview:
CureMD is seeking an Associate HubSpot Admin to support the administration, configuration, and day-to-day operations of our HubSpot CRM ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior HubSpot specialists and cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams to support CRM accuracy, automation execution, and reporting. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in CRM operations and marketing automation.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the configuration and maintenance of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
Assist in building, updating, and monitoring workflows, forms, lists, and automations.
Perform routine CRM data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene.
Assist in creating and maintaining standard dashboards and reports for Marketing and Sales teams.
Provide operational support to internal stakeholders for HubSpot-related requests.
Document CRM processes, configurations, and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with senior team members on CRM optimization and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
0–1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms (internships, certifications, or academic projects acceptable).
Foundational understanding of CRM concepts, marketing automation, and sales operations.
Basic familiarity with HubSpot tools such as workflows, lists, forms, contacts, and reports.
Strong attention to detail with an analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in US shift timings.
