• Set up payroll components, leave rules & statutory compliance modules
• Support data migration, UAT testing & go-live
• Train client HR teams and create SOPs
✅ You're a fit if you have:
• 6 months+ experience in HR Ops, Payroll, or Compliance
• Worked on any HRMS tool as an end-user
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, PT
• Good communication skills
