About the Role
- Support the HR team with reliable, high-quality administrative work.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee data in our HR systems.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and care.
- Ensure smooth execution of processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to a consistent and positive HR service experience.
About Your Tasks:
- Enter and update employee information and sensitive data in the HR system.
- Prepare, issue, and archive HR documents (contracts, addenda, certificates).
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes with timely admin steps.
- Manage and respond to HR inbox requests, escalating when needed.
- Coordinate with Payroll by providing accurate monthly data inputs.
About You.
- You bring experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role.
- You work with high accuracy, structure, and attention to detail.
- You handle confidential data responsibly and follow data protection standards.
- You enjoy process-driven tasks and delivering reliable, consistent outcomes.
- Fluency in Czech and good English skills.
