Associate HR Operations Specialist - HybridJob Description
The Associate HR Operations Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and customer support to Prime’s Human Resources team, employees and non-employees regarding a variety of Human Resources processes, programs, policies and systems.
This is a hybrid role that will require you to work a minimum of 1 day week in office at our headquarters in Eagan, MN.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and problem resolution to employees and non-employees, responding to a variety of Human Resources inquiries and requests, e.g. policies and procedures, benefit and wellness programs, unemployment claims, payroll and timecards.
- Perform various audits to ensure data integrity with HR system(s)
- Administer non-employee onboarding process; ensure proper setup of non-employee data in Workday; partner with other teams to resolve issues.
- Process and audit various employee transactions with HR system(s), such as corrective actions, name and job changes, I9s and licensing.
- Create and maintain personnel files; ensure records are correctly filed, updated, and archived; audit records and review as needed for file requests
- Provide support and administration to internal HR programs as assigned such as recognition, charitable giving, non-employee management, benefits and wellness, and others as needed
- Support onsite HR programs and activities in-person as assigned, such as processing HR mail, annual onsite wellness screenings, blood donation, and fundraising walks and events
- Accurately and consistently follow process documentation; apply a continuous improvement mindset and recommend changes to create efficiencies and improve employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 1 year of work experience in human resources, office administration or customer service
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, task/deadline-oriented environment
- Strong customer focus; ability to communicate, collaborate and interface with all levels internally and externally
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of work experience in human resources
- Experience with HR information system(s) such as Workday
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to work onsite when needed and work a flexible schedule including overtime
- Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Reporting Structure
- Reports to Supervisor or Manager in the Human Resources department
Potential pay for this position ranges from $21.15 - $31.73 based on experience and skills.
