Aids HR Compliance functions. Assists in ensuring that system development and maintenance, processes and technology support.
Job Responsibility
- Supports HR Compliance programs including HR Policy Manual, Regulatory and Statutory Employment requirements, Annual Workforce Requirements and Continuous Survey Readiness programs.
- Assists with annual and periodic Continuous Survey Readiness (CSR) activities and related audits/assessments. Provides support during active regulatory and accrediting surveys, as needed.
- Supports the maintenance of the HR Policy Manual in collaboration with committee administration, members and policy owners and stakeholders.
- Partners with HR Communications and Site HR to introduce HR policy updates. Coordinates with HR Technology and Internal Communications to ensure policies are made accessible to staff.
- Assists Site HR Business Partners with complex and routine HR Compliance and employee relations issues. Researches relevant issues in order to provide suggestions and solutions.
- Collaborates with HR Compliance and Labor & Employee Relations personnel in decision-making strategies. Supports the HR Compliance team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology and process solutions supporting HR Compliance initiatives.
- Participates in on various annual and periodic HR compliance and organizational compliance initiatives.
- Gathers data, tracks and prepares reports and status updates on system-wide HR compliance data and metrics.
- Provide administrative support for various HR Compliance and Labor & Employee Relations projects and initiatives, as assigned.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources of related field, required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required.
- Master's Degree, preferred
- PeopleSoft experience, preferred.
- Healthcare HR experience preferred
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to prepare files during regulatory surveys.
- Experience with onboarding documents is a plus but not required.
