Leads next-generation assembly process expertise and facility planning. Designs and integrates assembly tools, part-handling systems, SPMs, electrical controls, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, MES, and industrial networks. Responsibilities include electrical schematic and control-panel design, PLC programming, system integration, commissioning, debugging, testing, and implementation of end-of-line testing facilities. Supports new projects and process improvements.

·         PLC & HMI Programming: Write, test, and optimize PLC logic using languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagrams) on major platforms such as Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, or Mitsubishi. Develop Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA graphics.

·         System Integration & Industrial Networking: Configure industrial communications protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, Device Net) to integrate PLCs with robots, VFDs, instrumentation, and plant-wide MES systems.

·         Commissioning & Testing: Perform Debug code, wire check panels, and fine-tune connectivity loops during equipment startup.

Skills Required
