Identifies risks through HIRA and job safety analysis, implements preventive actions, drives behavior-based safety, and improves TRIR and LTIR performance. Establishes policies for working at height, lifting, electrical work, welding, LOTO, contractor management, and incident management. Maintains statutory compliance and conducts regular safety process walks with team leaders, supervisors, and operators.
