Anaplan is at the forefront of the AI revolution in enterprise software. We're also building a cutting-edge AI capability to supercharge our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This isn't about incremental improvements—we're fundamentally transforming how GTM teams work.
We're looking for a hungry, curious problem-solver who wants to be part of this transformation from day one and who can help operationalize the initiative. You'll work directly with senior leaders, ship real AI solutions, and help shape how one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies leverages AI at scale.
This is a rare opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on AI experience, build cross-functional influence, and accelerate their professional growth.

Your Impact

In your first 90 days, you'll ship AI workflows that help our teams work faster and smarter. By your first year, you'll have:

  • Automated 100+ hours of manual work across Sales, Marketing, and Success teams
  • Built and deployed 5+ AI agents that directly support revenue-generating activities
  • Enabled 500+ GTM professionals to leverage AI in their daily workflows
  • Influenced strategic decisions through data-driven insights and performance metrics

You'll be the go-to expert for AI within GTM Operations, working directly with VPs and Directors to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive adoption. This role offers high visibility and fast-paced growth for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Intake & Prioritization

  • Own the intake funnel for AI and automation use cases across GTM functions
  • Triage and prioritize requests based on business value, scalability, and feasibility
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define workflows, inputs, and expected outcomes

AI Workflow & Agent Management

  • Create and maintain a centralized repository of AI use cases, tools, and integration patterns
  • Build lightweight AI-driven solutions using best-in-class tools and platforms
  • Ensure all workflows are documented, version-controlled, and accessible across teams

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Test and validate outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
  • Define and maintain quality standards for AI-generated outputs
  • Continuously refine workflows based on feedback and performance data

Documentation & Enablement

  • Create clear documentation, playbooks, and templates to support adoption
  • Create video tutorials and how-to guides for non-technical users and host office hours to support adoption and answer questions
  • Support training and ongoing enablement to include building AI fluency and community

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track adoption and usage across GTM teams
  • Measure impact through defined metrics (adoption, efficiency gains, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, workflow performance)
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness
  • Support quarterly business reviews with GTM leadership

Workflow Coordination

  • Support the integration of AI workflows into existing GTM processes and systems to include leading SaaS platforms and Gemini Enterprise
  • Partner with IT and GTM teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI implementations
  • Ensure alignment with broader operational frameworks and tools

Your Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles in operations, consulting, analytics, or similar)
  • Quick learner with a curiosity for understanding complex systems, business, and technical requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous requests
  • Demonstrated curiosity in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality, and disciplined execution

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT
  • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM processes
  • Experience building or automating workflows (academic, personal, or professional)
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment

Mindset We're Looking For

  • Bias toward action — you'd rather test and iterate than overthink
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you thrive when building from scratch
  • Intellectually curious — you love learning new technologies and approaches
  • Collaborative — you seek input and share credit generously
  • Data-driven — you let metrics guide decisions, not opinions
  • User-focused — you obsess over making things work for end users
