What You'll Do
- Manage GTM operations workflows - including CRM enrichment, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Build and automate sophisticated contact and account segmentation for ABM, events, and digital campaigns.
- Deploy AI tools (like Clay) to orchestrate workflows, automate manual tasks, and drive smarter targeting and measurement.
- Develop and track KPIs across channels to inform campaign performance and pipeline impact.
- Develop repeatable processes and documentation that scale execution and enable tight cross-functional collaboration.
- Surface insights from marketing and sales data to inform new experiments and continuous optimization.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience post graduation in operations, analytics, or growth (startup or BizOps experience preferred).
- Data-and systems-oriented thinker with strong analytical fluency and attention to detail.
- Deep fluency with AI tools and automation - excited to apply them to marketing operations.
- Skilled in Excel/Sheets or BI dashboards; comfortable turning metrics into insight and action.
- Comfortable designing and iterating on workflows and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or Clay (or similar tools).
- Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and a bias toward execution.
- Collaborative operator who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
