- Design and develop original graphics for apparel across collaborations and partnerships, including tees, fleece, and other key categories
- Support concept development by translating creative direction into on-brand, customer-relevant artwork
- Create and prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, scale, placement, and print techniques
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams to bring graphics from concept to final product
- Adapt partner brand assets and guidelines into cohesive designs that align with Old Navy’s aesthetic
- Execute revisions based on feedback while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines
- Stay current on graphic trends, typography, and cultural influences to bring fresh ideas to the product
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in apparel or fashion
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics, typography, and print design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required)
- Understanding of print techniques, color separations, and production processes for apparel
- Strong attention to detail, especially in file setup and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in collaborations, pop culture, and trend-driven design
- Experience working on licensed or collaboration-based product
