We’re looking for an Associate Front-end Software Engineer to join our GTec PH – Front-end Development team at MBPS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, formatting, and publishing digital content across websites, intranets, and online platforms. Ensures high‑quality, accessible, and on‑brand content by coordinating with writers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders. Skilled in content management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS basics, SEO best practices, digital asset management, and quality assurance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute scripts based on specifications and standards.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and tone.
  • Manage site navigation, structure and style for user-friendly experience.
  • Update web pages regularly to ensure information and design aligns to our standards.
  • Create and update web sites and contents using multiple platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Uploads video contents, and creates HTML emails for internal and external clients
  • Participates in daily stand ups; supports rapid iteration and development.
  • Applies best practices for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Implement HTML and CSS edits on contents as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Knowledgeable on CSS, HTML, web development standards, and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8:00pm – 5:00am EST, Quezon City or Cebu Office
  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
  • Amenability to work on night shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress.
  • Knowledgeable on version control tools such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design
  • Knowledgeable on browser and application testing and debugging.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable on SEO principles.
