Job Overview

The Associate Financial Analyst is responsible for reporting on and administrating the company’s sales compensation and sales performance. Leveraging collaborative relationships across departments, the analyst will enhance data integrity and report results to accounting, sales, and leadership. The analyst will have direct access, visibility, and interaction with senior finance leaders and other leaders in the organization. The role affords a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the business and to leverage that understanding to deliver enterprise value.

What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities) 

  • Compile and distribute monthly sales reporting to leadership
  • Analyze, review, and report monthly commission accruals and payrolls to accounting before their respective deadlines
  • Track, log, and manage all manual entries related to commissions
  • Review and answer questions from various stakeholders regarding commissions and reporting in a timely manner
  • Implement continuous process improvements to streamline monthly processes
  • Participate in future compensation implementations
  • Collaborate with external teams across data science, product, and sales operations to resolve data integrity issues and deliver accurate and timely reporting

Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required
  • At least 1 year experience in a related position required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to drive decision-making and process
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
