- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for multiple Canada and US entities.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, consolidation schedules, MIS reports, management reports, and variance analysis for leadership.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and general ledger activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Support statutory audits, financial audits, and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute towards automation and strengthening finance processes.
- Handle ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as requested by management.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) is mandatory.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- · Experience in an IT/ITES or other service-based industry is preferred.
- · Experience handling accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation for Canada and/or US entities will be an added advantage.
