We are searching for a passionate individual to join our team as an Associate Executive Assistant!
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Manage calendars and prioritize commitments to maximize time and productivity for the Leader of Global Technology
- Email triage for Leader of Technology and alert to urgent feedback needed. Value-add for Leader’s efficiency
- Give administrative support for Workday actions for Leader and direct report teammates
- Concur Travel and Expense reconciliation and report approvals on behalf of Leader
- Be familiar with budgets, understand and interpret weekly and monthly budget reports and support budget management and processes
- Ability to build presentation collateral for team meetings, build and distribute digital share outs, build agendas, and take meeting notes
- Support the Global Technology team by coordinating all-hands meetings, roundtable feedback sessions, and launching surveys
- Plan offsite meetings and events to promote belonging and clarity of work amongst teams
- Coordinate VIP and partner visits including planning, tours, and meeting logistics
- Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
- Passion for bringing teams together and supporting a strong culture
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of administrative work experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite and Concur Application experience preferred
- Experience reconciling expense reports preferred
- Enthusiasm for building positive, empathetic and collaborative cultures and team dynamics
Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: ($55K - $91K)
*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
