Main objective / purpose of the role:

  • Responsible for the ENT business to execute sales strategies & plans nationwide with the goal to achieve sales quotas
  • Explore business opportunities and plan growth strategy in both short-term & long-term perspective
  • Establish and execute business strategies and programs to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth, and market share objectives
  • Enhance and develop relationships with business partners(ICs), customers and regularly interact with business partners to ensure the best coordination
  • Communicate closely with regional and global marketing teams to align with their global direction 
  • Implement innovative sales & marketing activities while developing and building strong relationship with KOLs in related academic society

  • Expansion of market coverage and portfolio sales capability
  • KOL engagement and IC management
  • Insight on relevant market and capability to grab market oppotunity.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skill

Key Deliverables:

  • Anuual sales target and profitability goal
  • Short-term business success and long-term business planning for sustainable growth
  • New product launch plan and execution
  • Execution based on plan and quick adjustment if necessary 
  • Productive collaboration with sales, technical service, and cross-functional teams   

Knowledge / Skills / Attributes

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

Key strengths / personal attributes for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master‘s preferred
  • At least 7 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Knowledge and understanding in the applicable area
  • Good verbal & written English communication skill
  • Proficient on MS office
  • Strategic thinking & long-term planning
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Openess to work with all levels of management under team spirit
  • Self-motivated,  passionate and positive attitude
  • Effective communication and networking skill across BU
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
