About the Role:
- Nagarro is seeking a Junior Product Designer to help create engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, wearables, AR/VR, kiosks, and connected devices.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-cantered products for global clients in industries such as automotive, finance, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create impactful user experiences.
- Participate in ideation sessions, workshops, and design reviews.
- Sketch, prototype, and test design concepts.
- Conduct and support user research and usability testing.
- Communicate design decisions to stakeholders and project teams.
- Contribute to design processes, best practices, and design culture.
Must Have:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product designing.
- Understanding of UX principles, product design, and product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of design research methods. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive mindset.
