Job Description

Role - Junior Product Designer
Location - Remote USA
Employment Type - Fulltime

About the Role: 

  • Nagarro is seeking a Junior Product Designer to help create engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, wearables, AR/VR, kiosks, and connected devices. 
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-cantered products for global clients in industries such as automotive, finance, and real estate. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create impactful user experiences. 
  • Participate in ideation sessions, workshops, and design reviews. 
  • Sketch, prototype, and test design concepts. 
  • Conduct and support user research and usability testing. 
  • Communicate design decisions to stakeholders and project teams. 
  • Contribute to design processes, best practices, and design culture. 
     

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product designing.
  • Understanding of UX principles, product design, and product lifecycle. 
  • Knowledge of design research methods. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud. 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive mindset.
