To perform CFD Analysis for system and component levels using Different Software’s Such as RealityDC & Celcius EC / Ansys Fluent / Ansys Icepak / Ansys Optislang / Ansys CFX. Engineer needs to prepare analysis model, Conduct model checks and/or creating parametric models with available CAD packages and perform the sensitivity analysis. He / She should be able to generate the CFD mesh/model and run steady/ transient flow/thermal analysis using different software’s and analyze the results as well as prepare the reports clearly. Utilize the analytical skill set and simulation tools to analyze the fluid flow systems and recommendations for design improvements. It is added advantage if He/ She is having fan operation and performance curve as well as flow bench / Wind tunnel operation
- ME/M.Tech with specialization in Thermal Engineering/ Aerospace / Mechanical from a reputed Institute.
- Undergone on Fluid Mechanics/CFD/ Heat Transfer / Thermodynamics during masters
- Minimum 6 years of analysis experience in any CFD Analysis software.
- Experience in Cadence software / Ansys Icepack / Ansys Sherlock / Ansys Multiphase / Ansys Aeroacoustics is added advantage.
- Comfortable in working with Creo/Pro-E for model checking.
- Should be able to Interpret analysis results for base design and suggest modification
- Sound knowledge of fundamentals of Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics & Thermodynamics
- Knowledge of telecommunication products like cabinets, enclosures, Datacenter, Refrigeration Cycle etc. & Sheet metal will be added advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, good interpersonal skills, Willingness to learn, good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
