What You Will Get To Do:
Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Primary contact for Clients requests related to Eclipse.
Manage several concurrent client facing requests across our global client base.
Effectively troubleshoot client requests, analyze problems and update to internal and external stakeholders.
Flexible working in shifts and early morning APAC shifts.
Engage with R&D teams for process improvement and streamline workflows.
Attributes:
Interested in supporting FinTech platform and understand Eclipse’s features as the all-in-one solution platform.
Effective communication skills, and able to communicate technical details to a range of stakeholders with varying degrees of technical ability.
Able to develop productive relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.

Familiarity with Account/Relationship management best-practices.

What You Will Bring:
Experience in a Financial Services or Investment Technology setting, specific to Trading, Operations, and Accounting, in a client facing role.
Experience with accounting and trading system implementations and configuration.
Proven track record of managing client expectations, requests, and timelines.
2+ years’ experience in financial or technology setting.
Working knowledge on trading FIX protocol, SQL / Python beneficial.
Advanced Microsoft Excel beneficial.
Prior exposure implementing and onboarding clients, ideally onto similar or equivalent systems.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin beneficial.
